DEER BURGER TACO DIP

Here's a hearty, gooey dip made with venison burger! 

Get out that big heavy iron skillet, brown 2 lbs ground deer burger and onion. Mix in 1/2 bag of Ore Ida hash browns, taco seasoning, chopped jalapeño, canned corn. Steam till corn juice absorbs. Option: sprinkle lots of Mexican cheese to melt slightly.

Snack style or combine with a spicy venison burrito too, just add guacamole or pico sauce, and sour cream. Scoop with big chips. I love to fry a deerburger burrito for crunchy goodness!
